2. Services Provided

We provide property management, rental administration, tenancy coordination, and invoicing services on behalf of landlords and property owners.
Payments processed through invoicing system relate to:

• Rent

• Security deposits

• Administrative fees

• Other property management-related invoices
   

We do not sell physical products.

3. Payments

Payments are collected securely through Stripe.
By making a payment, you confirm:

• You are authorised to use the chosen payment method

• The information submitted is accurate

• The payment relates to an invoice issued by us
   

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for rent, or property-related charges are non-refundable, unless:

• A payment was made in error

• A duplicate payment occurred

• A refund is required under tenancy regulations

• It is a security deposit, that is refundable based on terms of the agreement.
   

Administrative fees may be refundable only at our discretion.

5. Tenant Obligations

Tenants are responsible for:

• Paying all invoices by the due date

• Providing accurate personal information

• Following the terms of their lease agreement

6. Liability

MB Blue Realty is not liable for:

• Losses arising from misuse of the property

• Issues outside our reasonable control

• Third-party service interruptions (e.g., Stripe, utilities)

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.
